About this role
Senior Front End Software Engineer (Web) Tradify https://www.tradifyhq.com/ We're looking for an experienced engineer who's passionate about building scalable web applications and excited about leading our transition to React. As a senior member of our engineering team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our web platform. You'll architect solutions that serve thousands of users globally, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decisions that impact our entire product. This isn't just about writing great code – it's about building systems that scale, leading by example, and helping create a platform that genuinely makes a difference in people's working lives. You'll work with modern technologies including React, C#, .NET, and SQL Server. You'll be joining a team that takes pride in their craft while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe in sustainable development practices, thorough code reviews without ego, and celebrating both the technical wins and the lessons learned. You'll work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to shape features from conception to deployment. A typical cycle might include architecting a new feature, reviewing PRs, pairing with junior developers on complex problems, and contributing to technical documentation. You'll have real ownership over significant parts of our platform and the autonomy to implement solutions the right way. As a senior engineer, you'll also participate in our on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 10-12 weeks), helping ensure our platform's reliability while mentoring others in incident response best practices.
